Human Kind Hatha Flow ( via Zoom)

For those who want to learn the fundamental poses of Hatha yoga. A class where students will be encouraged to move in and out of poses mindfully, with focus on safe alignment and breath. This gentle Hatha Flow style class allowing for space to explore a range of yoga poses to encourage to strength and flexibility. Along with breathing techniques to calm the mind and restore the body. Together, we will hold and share a space of non judgement, no comparing and no criticism, but rather acceptance, compassion and self care.
