Rainbow Yoga Club Midweek Mindfulness

Join myself, Lucy & the Rainbow Running & Yoga club for some virtual Mid Week Mindfulness. The Rainbow Yoga Club connects women who have experienced baby loss and infertility. This truly special hour of relaxation and restorative yoga is a place to give yourself permission to stop and take some time to just be in the moment and to give our busy minds a chance to find some quiet.

This is suitable to all abilities. You do not need any special "yoga equipment" to join us, if you have a yoga mat great but please don't worry if you don't. You may like to bring a blanket with you for savasana (relaxation) at the end of our yoga practice.

Feel free to wear comfy clothes - you can even wear your PJ's if you like! 

Light a candle/ diffuse your favourite essential oils/ make your "space" as cosy as you can and prepare to relax. 

We will send you the link for our Spotify playlist that you can listen along to whilst you practice (Spotify are currently offering a months free trial when you sign up which will mean you can listen without adverts) or you can listen to your own music or enjoy the peace and quiet, what ever feels best for you.

You can keep your video off if that feels more comfortable and I will mute the audio during our practice but again you can keep this off too if that feels better. There is no pressure to "join in".
