This Sunday I am covering for the lovely Charlie Nash at Luna Wave.
A wholesome, rounded practice building gentle heat and strength, whilst also balancing out your energy with steadier, quieter, mindful postures. The class is split into three sections. Starting with longer held asanas; focusing on breath & awareness of being on our mat giving you time to focus and observe your inner landscape. As we journey through our practice we move to a strong but slow flow with a focus on keeping our breath consistent and awareness of our body before slowing down and settling into longer held yin postures to create spaciousness, softness & ease within our bodies before closing our practice with a deeply restful Savasana. Leave feeling rested, restored, and energised. All levels- beginner friendly.
